We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date your order was placed.
To qualify for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Confirm that your purchase falls within the 60-day return period. If you are unsure of your purchase date, please refer to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Step 2: Contact Customer Support
Email our support team at contact@customercs.com and let us know that you would like to request a refund because the product did not meet your expectations.
For faster processing, please include “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.
Step 3: Return the Product
Return all bottles included with your order, regardless of whether they have been opened or are empty, to the following return address:

Full name
Email address
Order ID (recommended)
Providing this information helps us locate your order and process your refund more quickly.
Once we receive all bottles along with the packing slip, your refund request will be reviewed and processed within a few business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed.
Step 4: Refund Processing
After your returned package arrives at our facility, we will begin processing your refund as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.
